摘要: Les pathologies cardiovasculaires sont la premiere cause de mortalite dans le monde. Parmi les mecanismes participant a ces figurent l'activation voie signalisation mineralocorticoide. Notre laboratoire precedemment identifie Lipocaline 2 (Lcn2) comme cible directe du complexe aldosterone/recepteur mineralocorticoide (RM) systeme cardiovasculaire. Lcn2, aussi appelee Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipocalin (NGAL), est une proteine circulante, membre famille des lipocalines. Elle decrite l'inflammation ou regulant l'activite et stabilite metalloproteinase matricielle 9. L'objectif ce travail these d'etudier l'implication possible Lcn2 effets pathologiques pro-fibrosants pro-inflammatoires aldosterone/RM Pour faire, souris presentant inactivation globale constitutive (KO Lcn2), ainsi que leurs controles, ont ete soumises un traitement mimant sur-activation (traitement nephrectomie-aldosterone-sel) durant 4 semaines. Ce mis en evidence role developpement fibrose perivasculaire induite par aldo/RM l'augmentation pression arterielle. En revanche, n'intervient pas interstitielle ni dysfonction vasculaire. d'action differents phenomenes restent elucider. conclusion, resultats obtenus montrent l’implication au niveau cardiovasculaire, suggerant potentielle therapeutique
