摘要: Medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction is performed to treat recurrent patellar dislocation (RPD). However, the effectiveness of MPFL in patients with a severely lateralised tibial tuberosity remains unknown. In this study, clinical outcomes an increased tuberosity–trochlear groove (TT–TG) distance were examined. A total thirty-four who underwent for RPD retrospectively Nineteen TT–TG >20 mm (increased group) compared 15 20 mm may not be absolute indication medialisation when performing reconstruction. Case–control Level III.
