摘要: Development of knowledge on lipids has attracted the scientific community for effective utilization natural and synthetic lipids. Bioavailability poorly water soluble drugs from gastrointestinal tract (GIT) can be enhanced by formulating in lipid based formulations. This formulation increase dissolution drugs, facilitates formation solubilized phases which absorption may occur. The solubility lipophilic lipid-based systems will not necessarily arise directly administered lipid, but most likely intra luminal processing to they are subjected prior absorption. review focus assessment formulations with a consideration how physiology, choice their attribute mode digestion GIT influence bioavailability drugs.
