摘要: The mouse incisor is a valuable but under-utilized model organ for studying the behavior of adult stem cells. This remarkable tooth grows continuously throughout animal's lifetime and houses two distinct epithelial cell niches called labial lingual cervical loop (laCL liCL, respectively). These cells produce progeny that undergo series well-defined differentiation events en route to becoming enamel-producing ameloblasts. During this process, move out niche migrate toward distal tip tooth. Although molecular pathways involved in development are well documented, little known about roles miRNAs process. We used microarray technology compare expression three regions incisor: laCL, identified 26 35 differentially expressed from laCL/liCL laCL/ameloblast comparisons, respectively. Out 10 selected validation by qPCR, all transcripts were confirmed be expressed. In situ hybridization target prediction analyses further supported reliability our results. studies point likely play role renewal during cell-fueled growth.
