摘要: A method and device for reducing the thermal-mechanical motion of a defecting body is disclosed, in which includes semiconductor injection laser used as both light source dual-mirror optical cavity precisely measuring body. The thermally induced mechanical structure quenched using force-feedback technique, information from structural-motion detector coupled to forcing mechanism such that deflecting counteracted thereby reduced.
