摘要: The potency of local anesthetics can be evaluated in a variety preparations which span broad range organizational levels. At the clinical level ability drug to provide relief pain is essential measure potency, it acute from immediate trauma or chronic more protracted historical courses. other extreme, inhibition ion channels excitable membranes direct molecular action drugs on their target sites. In this chapter we our attention primarily towards responses microscopic systems, for consequences almost certainly derive basic membranes. complex measurements are not ignored, however, many analyses anesthetic action, both past and present, have relied reactions whole animals systems vitro, results deserve review.
