摘要: With the increasing knowledge on genetic alterations associated with various cancers, molecular analysis of these formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue is importance. Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) a novel technique to measure copy number up 45 nucleic acid sequences in single reaction. This method relies sequence-specific hybridization genomic DNA followed by multiplex-PCR hybridized probe, and semi-quantitative resulting PCR products. easy perform; requiring as little 50 ng extracted from formalin-fixed, (FFPE) tissue.
