摘要: Water quality modelling for decision-making occurs at a disciplinary divide between science and management. Workers in management operate fields that traditionally have different objectives, priorities expectations. These differences can create barriers to the effective use of scientific models by watershed managers. This paper reports on two methods are being used overcome inhibit successful planning decision-making. The first is generic evaluation criteria both scientists managers may critique water from decision-maker’s perspective. second an activity which embedded into organisation’s processes
