摘要: Population-based prospective cohort studies are indispensable for modern medical research as they provide important knowledge on the influences of many kinds genetic and environmental factors cause disease. Although traditional mainly conducted using questionnaires physical examinations, incorporate omics genomic approaches to obtain comprehensive information, including information. Here, we report design midterm results multi-omics analysis population-based from Tohoku Medical Megabank (TMM) Project. We have incorporated metabolomic in TMM study both metabolome genome analyses suitable high-throughput large-scale samples. Moreover, an association between show that metabolites intermediate phenotype connecting lifestyle pathologic phenotypes. apply our samples following studies.
