摘要: Implantation requires a receptive endometrium, functionally normal embryo and communication between the developing maternal tissues (cross-talk). Two-step transfer (two-step ET) stimulation of endometrium (SEET) are procedures for ET based on concept embryonic modulation endometrial receptivity. In two-step ET, cleaved is transferred day 2, blastocyst 5. The pregnancy implantation rates with were found to be higher than those double transfer. We speculated that embryos 2 modulate receptivity improve rate blastocysts SEET, culture supernatant (ECS) injected into uterine cavity prior stimulate provide an optimum environment forthcoming blastocysts. SEET Higher could explained by factors produced in medium Lysophosphatidic acid was detected ECS. effective options crosstalk tissues.
