摘要: Inflammatory cells and mediators form a major part of the tumor microenvironment play important roles in regulation cancer initiation, cell proliferation, metastasis. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) several physiological pathological processes, including inflammatory cancer. Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) is an inflammation-related cytokine that functions both suppression promotion; however, its underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear. Recent evidence indicates association between miRNAs TGF-β signaling, providing new insight into nature The present review overview interaction cytokines, with emphasis on cross talk signaling their influence behavior. emerging cancer-related inflammation potential to target miRNA pathways for therapy are also discussed.
