摘要: P6 of southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) is a multifunctional protein that involved in the formation viroplasms by interacting with P5-1. Here, we used yeast two-hybrid and bimolecular fluorescence complementation assays to show there were homologous heterologous interactions between SRBSDV P9-1 plant cells. Mutational analysis showed N-terminal region (residues 1–93) was necessary for interaction P9-1. Self-interactions only occurred full-length or able form viroplasm-like inclusion structures alone absence other viral proteins.
