摘要: The subcellular localization of the 11-kDa protein (p11) encoded by ORF3 Garlic virus X (GarVX; genus Allexivirus, family Alphaflexiviridae) was examined confocal microscopy. Granules with intense fluorescence were visible on endoplasmic reticulum when p11 fused green or red fluorescent (GFP RFP) expressed in epidermal cells Nicotiana benthamiana. Moreover, p11-RFP granules moved cytoplasm, along cell periphery and through membranes to adjacent cells. A 17-kDa (p17) garlic interacting identified yeast two-hybridization bimolecular complementation assay. When p17 GFP N. benthamiana, it localized nucleolus. However, presence GarVX p11, distribution changed that but did not appear affect pattern movement p11.
