摘要: Puberty is the period of life during which reproductive capability acquired. It characterized clinically by acquisition secondary sexual characteristics associated with a growth spurt, and on average takes 3-4 years. Early maturation defined as development before age 8 years in girls 9 boys. Delayed puberty when there are no signs at 13.4 14 boys (2 SD above mean chronological for onset puberty). There many forms premature maturation: gonadotrophin-dependent (central, or 'idiopathic' 'true' precocious puberty) gonadotrophin-independent (McCune-Albright syndrome girls, testotoxicosis boys); isolated thelarche (in classical, atypical variant); adrenarche (characterized production significant quantities androgens between 5 age); menarche. The differential diagnosis delayed constitutional delay puberty, pubertal to chronic disease hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism.
