摘要: The tungsten parts made of pure tile and dispersion strengthened thimble with 3 mm interlayer tantalum-tungsten alloy are fabricated by Spark Plasmas Sintering (SPS). process SPS is that the temperature raised to 1700 °C at a rate 100 °C/min kept for min, under constant pressure 50MPa along Z-axis. mechanical properties different percent tantalum measured. results show increasing tantalum, hardness first increases then decreases; as indentation on sample closer tungsten, value Vickers much higher. highest when content 50% next tungsten. Bending strength drops 100% bending lowest. fracture toughness 25%, 9.89MPa•m1/2. toughening tungsten-tantalum between would better prevent helium leak from He-cooled divertor DEMO.
