摘要: Abstract A modular He-cooled divertor concept for DEMO has been pursued at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in cooperation with Efremov the goal reaching a DEMO-relevant heat flux 10 MW/m2 and 1000 load cycles. The reference design is based on use small cooling finger modules made tungsten alloy impingement helium. For purpose experimental verification design, combined helium loop electron beam facility was built Efremov. Technological studies fabrication mock-ups were carried out. Results first HHF test series 2006 confirmed already performance 10 MW/m2. After some improvements results following second third 2007–2008 showed noticeable enhancement resistance against thermal cyclic loadings. fourth continued early 2010 after an upgrade EB facility. Six surviving from last further tested. They survived differently between 180 1100 cycles total under maximum least before failure. Thus breakthrough reached.
