摘要: This study estimated indicators of fruit and vegetable intake by Brazilian adults examined the influence demographic socioeconomic variables on consumption these foods. We used following indicators: daily intake, five or more servings fruits vegetables per day. Only 41.0% reported while 30.0% intake. Fruit was common in urban as compared to rural areas increased both genders with age, schooling, number household goods. conclude that initiatives promote are necessary for country a whole, but special attention should be given younger individuals, males, communities, groups less schooling lower income.
