摘要: Abstract Evidence is presented that the inhibitory substances for Pseudomonas fragi produced by Streptococcus citrovorus and diacetilactis are not similar to nisin. The were stable heat at an acid or basic pH. Trypsin chymotrypsin had no effect on substances. A distillation procedure was used separate a volatile inhibitor identified as acetic acid. R f values inhibitors in residue fraction from some of compounds Krebs cycle.
