摘要: Cell penetrating and targeting peptides (CPPs CTPs) encompass an important class of biochemically active owning the capabilities translocating within selected cell types. As such, they have been widely used in delivery imaging therapeutic agents for diagnosis treatment various diseases, especially cancer. Despite their potential utility, first generation CTPs CPPs based on native peptide sequences are limited by poor biological pharmacological properties, thereby restricting efficacy. Therefore, medicinal chemistry approaches designed developed to construct related peptidomimetics. Of specific interest herein, design applications which modify polyamide backbone lead CPPs. These modifications aim improve biochemical characteristics sequence order enhance its diagnostic capabilities. This review will focus a set peptidomimetics whose has modified cancer detection treatment.
