摘要: X-ray diffraction is used to study the structural changes in a grade 1469 (Al-Cu-Li) alloy with high lithium content that occur during production of hot-rolled sheets according ingot → pressed strip sheet schedule. In strip, multicomponent Bs {110}〈112〉, Cu {211}〈111〉, and S {123}〈111〉 texture forms, which typical articles from such alloys, an unusual intense single-component Ex1 {011}〈111〉 type forms sheets. Its formation stimulated by cross rolling The low strength characteristics after heat treatment are related elevated heating temperature for quenching oriented precipitation lamellar particles hardening T1 phase.
