摘要: In this paper, the thermal stability of two commercial casting powders was assessed with respect to registered mass changes and evolved gas analysis using a combination TG/DTA/EGA simultaneous methods. The experiments were conducted in temperature range 50 ÷ 1300 °C, an oxidation atmosphere, heating rate 10 K min−1. results presented article perfectly fit into research trend related emission gases from powders, for purpose coupled TG/EGA techniques analysis. Thermogravimetric measurements together EGA released samples enable identification main reactions responsible disturbance. losses associated carbon decomposition carbonates investigated powders. Based on DTA results, melting temperature, as well other endo/exothermal effects taking place system, elaborated. possibility FactSage usage, elucidate influence selected components viscosity is also presented. On basis research, it found that recorded disturbance not evaporation affecting powder.
