摘要: Boron is an essential micronutrient for plants and animals; however, it can be toxic when present at high concentrations. The purpose of this study was to understand the mechanisms boron tolerance in Turkish barley (Hordeum vulgare) Anadolu cultivar. For purpose, 2-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) used screen differentially expressed proteins both control boron-stressed genotypes. Seven were revealed by 2-DE: 1) ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (RuBisCo large chain), 2) TLP5, a thaumatin-like protein, 3) PR5, basic pathogenesis-related 4) RNase S-like 5) PSI type III chlorophyll a/b-binding 6) light-harvesting complex I LHC I, 7) vacuolar proton-translocating ATPase subunit E protein. These found upregulated response treatment. Even though protein encoded V-ATPase gene overexpressed, its transcript level downregulated Heterologous expression yeast provided resistance cells. results indicated that functional conferred levels might play role overall barley.
