摘要: We exploit spin noise spectroscopy (SNS) to directly observe build-up of dynamic nuclear polarization and relaxation a perturbed spin-system its equilibrium state in single-shot experiment. The SNS experiments were performed on layer bulk $n$-type GaAs embedded into high-finesse microcavity with negative detuning. is observed as shift the peak electron spectrum due Overhauser field acting spin. dynamics system was revealed time-resolved where exponential decay characteristic timescale hundreds seconds detected. show that elliptically polarized laser beam tuned resonance cavity mode, whose energy corresponds nominal transparency semiconductor, can nevertheless produce sizable polarization.
