摘要: Literacy coaches inspire teacher reflection and promote a culture of ongoing professional learning. This article illustrates the role literacy coaches, describes how differentiate support for diverse group teachers, explains can be catalyst change growth. The authors, current former themselves, describe their experiences show work met varied needs individual teachers. They suggest tools use to within practice they used daybooks, surveys, videotaping foster reflection. Furthermore, authors examine an awareness occurs during differentiated coaching.
