摘要: Regional analgesia and anaesthesia for obstetrics are established techniques in the Far East. Their availability utilisation vary amongst different countries region due not only to economic considerations but also cultural beliefs of parturients as well their health care providers. The use regional labour is abysmally low a fair number countries. However, rates Hong Kong Singapore approximate those found West reflecting socio-economic status strong links with West. predominant caesarean section East an appropriate practice keeping current recommended standards obstetric anaesthetic care.
