摘要: Histological examination of 1101 melanomas (990 superficial spreading and 111 nodular melanomas) from 1098 people revealed that 23.3% showed an associated melanocytic naevus. Of these, 56.5% were classified histologically as common acquired, 37.7% dysplastic 5.8% congenital. the melanomas, 25.7% By contrast, only 2.7% histological evidence a coexisting When analysed by level, presence naevus varied 31.3% level I to 21.3% IV melanomas. thickness was measured, found in 27.0% less than 1.0 mm thick, 14.8% with or greater. These data suggest most do not arise pre-existing naevi, accordingly public educational programs for early detection melanoma should focus on looking changes previously normal skin well moles.
