摘要: The aim of this study was to compare the responses mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and combined MTA/treated dentin matrix (TDM) as direct pulp capping material. In clinical trial study, 33 intact third molars in 11 healthy volunteers (three each) were included. Partial pulpotomies performed a split mouth manner two each patient randomly tooth had used TDM source. coronal chopped dentine chips transformed using different concentrations ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) solution. Pulps directly capped by MTA alone or combination layering MTA/TDM. Following 6-week radiological evaluations, extracted prepared for histological evaluation. There no significant differences radiographic quality bridges (P > 0.05). However, bridge significantly thicker MTA/TDM group than = 0.003). Using pulp-dressing agent may form compared alone.
