摘要: Among the most apparent and adverse symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD) are disturbances in gait. These include shuffling (small amplitude steps), instability (asymmetry variability between freezing gait (cessation movement difficulty with initiation), general disfluencies walking movements posture (Morris et al., 1996; Bloem 2004; Grabli 2012). Limitations pharmacological interventions to alleviate (Lord 2011), have led interest exploring non-pharmacological means enhancing PD, complement drugs-based approaches. Sensory cueing, which perceptual guides for presented visually, acoustically, or haptically, is one such approach. While sensory particular rhythmic auditory a viable promising approach it our opinion that this could be expanded by developing more action-focussed framework understanding information available patients sound (cues) how influences
