Reagents and methods for classifying leukocytes

摘要: A reagent for classification of leukocytes includes (a) at least two cationic surfactants; (b) one organic compound bearing a hydrophobic group and an anionic group; (c) buffer adjusting pH into range approximately 2-8. Also disclosed is method classifying with the reagent. With method, erythrocytes are lysed rapidly five groups achieved in same channel. The reaction may be carried out between 10-40° C. scattered light signals detected angles measuring groups.
