摘要: Erwinia carotovora and Pseudomonas aeruginosa secrete exoenzymes that contribute to the pathogenesis of plant mammalian infections respectively. E.carotovora mutants defective in synthesis pectinase, cellulase protease were isolated classified into two groups. Group 2 found be production a small freely diffusible molecule, N-3-(oxohexanoyl)-L-homoserine, lactone (HSL), avirulent. Addition exogenous HSL these group restores virulence planta. Of P.aeruginosa metalloprotease, elastase, is an established determinant. Mutants are elastase have been again fall Analogous E.carotovora, P. production. has now linked control bioluminescence Vibrio fischeri, carbapenem antibiotic above exoenzyme determinants. This information significantly enhances our understanding extent nature pheromone mediated gene expression prokaryotes.
