摘要: Bone and joint infections are painful as well frustrating for patients physicians. The high rate of success antimicrobial therapy in most infectious diseases has failed to achieve bone due physiological anatomical characteristics bones; that is why the various types osteomyelitis require different medical, surgical therapeutic strategies proper management. Besides that, key successful management general early diagnosis, including sampling microbiological pathological analysis allow specific longterm lasting antibiotic therapy. Therefore, it necessary have basics handling this issue clear updated. It was carried out a review pathophysiology, diagnosis order provide basic tools doctor.
