摘要: In mammals, cerebroside 3-sulphate is known to occur preferentially in brain and kidney (1). Although considerable information available on the metabolism of animal tissues (2,3,4,5), their role mammalian still speculative. There are several lines evidence indicate that myelin membrane linked basic proteins by ionic interactions this sulpholipid probably acts as a structural stabilizer for sheaths nerve cell (6,7). Further, occurence rich Na+, K+-dependent ATPase involved active sodium ion transport has led Karlsson et al.(8,9) suggest someway related ions.
