摘要: — 1 Puromycin inhibits [14C]leucine Hincorporation into brain proteins, but has no effect on the incorporation of [35S]sulphate sulphatide. These effects puromycin are observed not only with proteins and sulphatide whole brain, also protein portion water-soluble lipoprotein complexes. 2 Microsomes can be separated three subfractions which differ chemically, morphologically metabolically. Protein synthesis located in different submicrosomal fractions. 3 The addition to incubation medium causes release newly synthesized [35S]sulphatide formation soluble complexes. One acceptor is identified as previously shown bind vivo (Herschkowitz, McKhann, Saxena Shooter, 1968b). 4 These results suggest that function independently association lipid preformed possible.
