摘要: Ion channels are proteins expressed in the plasma membrane of electrogenic cells. In zygote and blastomeres developing embryo, electrical modifications result from ion currents that flow through these channels. This phenomenon implies current activity exerts a specific developmental function, plays crucial role signal transduction control embryogenesis, early cleavage stages during growth development embryo. review describes involvement embryo development, marine invertebrates to human, focusing on occurrence, modulation, dynamic fluxes taking place blastomere membrane, at intercellular communication between cell stages.
