摘要: Abstract The early preimplantation mammalian embryo possesses mechanisms that regulate intracellular osmolarity and cell volume. While transport of osmotically active inorganic ions might play a role in this process embryos, the major have been identified studied are those employ organic osmolytes. Organic osmolytes provide substantial portion osmotic support embryos required for their development under vivo conditions. main cleavage stage accumulated via two systems neurotransmitter transporter family embryos—the glycine system (GLY) β-amino acid (system β). β has established to similar many other cells, is novel function GLY system. concentration such as regulated by tonicity, allowing its volume against shrinkage control internal osmolarity. In addition, cells can an increase controlled release from cytoplasm. This mediated swelling-activated anion channel also highly permeable range osmolytes, which closely resembles channels found types (VSOAC channels). Together, these appear egg through stages embryogenesis, after there indications osmoregulation change.
