摘要: The δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (ALAD) enzyme of a novel record for Turkish microbial flora was studied. isolate I-113 obtained from Tuz Lake in Turkey and identified as Haloarcula argentinensis. ALAD the assayed order to determine its requirements be used biomarker lead pollution it's ambient. In enzymic studies, effects various metals (Cd, Co, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn), pH (3-11), temperatures (25-55 ◦ C), salinity (15-25%) conditions have been ex- amined. data studies were analyzed statistically by using Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney, correlation, regression, variance analysis, significance tests performed SPSS 10.0 Windows. Although optimum determined 7, it still active at 3-11. optimal temperature observed 30 C. Mn Pb inhibited activity significantly (p < 0.05) while Zn increased slightly. H. argentinensis could contamination.
