摘要: Truffles are ascomata of ectomycorrhizal hypogeous fungi associated with endemic Pinus tabuliformis in Mount Helan National Nature Reserve Inner Mongolia, China, was investigated f soil cubes taken from pure P. stands. The objectives this study were (i) to develop a molecular method detect mycelia Tuber spp. and (ii) test for mycelial distribution around two truffle-bearing trees truffle orchard. Isolation total DNA performed, followed by PCR amplification spp.-specific primers restriction analysis.
