摘要: Identification of some economically important Tuber species using classical morphological characteristics is sometimes difficult. We report here the molecular characterization a coming from China, indicum, mistaken with melanosporum species. Using restriction analysis amplified internal transcribed spacer (ITS) rDNA, ITS sequence analysis, and characterized region markers, DNA fruit bodies or mycorrhizae, genetic variation was found between these two species, allowing to differentiate characterize them.Key words: identification, Tuber, spacer, region.
