摘要: Analyses, based on the structure of rDNA region, were developed to examine possibility identifying and typing some most important Tuber spp at both symbiotic non-symbiotic levels. Internal transcribed spacers (ITS) amplified by polymerase chain reaction using specific primer pairs genomic DNAs, isolated from ascocarps ectomycorrhizae various rootlets uninoculated host plants. The variability in lengths ITS amplification products DNA fruit bodies allowed a primary discrimination considered. At ectomycorrhizal level same species showed pattern which was combination those typical plus Southern analyses, performed product brumale as probe, confirmed previous results : each fungus pattern, well Tuber-host plant combination.
