摘要: Abstract 1. Chlorimipramine has been reported to be effective in the treatment of phobic-obsessive patients. It widely used combination with anti-anxiety compounds such as benzodiazepines, or major tranquillizers, butirophenones, but no clear-cut superiority anyone these treatments yet established. 2. A multicenter trial was performed compare therapeutic characteristics chlorimipramine alone those displayed haloperidol diazepam patients showing an obsessive and/or phobic sympomatology. 3. total 54 inpatients both sexes were admitted a 60-day and treated double-blind conditions. The experiment carried-out three groups: chlorimipramine, diazepam, haloperidol. 4. psychopatological picture evaluation clinical efficacy assessed by battery instruments: MMPI, RSD Hamilton, BPRS Overall Gorham IMPS Lorr. For safety check-list side-effects used. 5. After statistical processing, data gathered from various centres seem indicate differentiated types response all treatments. These suggest possible differentiation use
