摘要: Abstract In this paper, the HVAF technique was used to deposit coatings with mechanically milled nano and micron blended WC–NiCr powders. The powder produced using high-energy ball milling process. Due low particle heating high velocity in process, fine dense microstructure of remains almost unchanged after spraying. sliding wear resistance two evaluated by ball-on-disc tests. It found that coating powders greatly improved compared powder. about hundred times than coefficient friction for increased steadily from 0.22 0.51, while it attained a steady value 0.58. Both were characterized terms their X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy as-sprayed state as well wear. mechanism also discussed.
