摘要: This paper demonstrates the successful application of NiCr coatings on stainless steel substrates using a high velocity oxy-fuel technique for corrosion applications. We present preliminary results fabrication and microstructural characterization coatings. These were characterized by means an optical microscope, image analyzer, scanning electron microscope X-ray diffraction (XRD). A microhardness tester was used in order to determine mechanical properties coating. Microstructural observations pointed out that layers possessed porosity, oxidized, unmelted semimelted particles, inclusions. XRD indicated outstanding phase powder coating Ni. It also found values decreased from substrate.
