摘要: This Nano Focus article reviews recent developments in nanofabrication based on invited talks given at the “Chemical Methods of Nanofabrication” symposium, which was organized by authors and presented 237th ACS National Meeting Exhibition as one seven symposia within meeting theme, “Nanoscience: Challenges for Future”. The three-day symposium included 25 experts from academia, national laboratories, industry around world, to discuss current progress future directions nanofabrication. We highlight several key results discussed challenges this rapidly changing field.
