摘要: Nanofabrication via self-assembled hybrid building blocks into well-defined structures is a powerful tool for engineering functional materials with designed properties. This review demonstrates different concepts fabrication of one-dimensional (1D) nanostructures based on directed self-assembly. The describe how types organic phases drive the unidirectional assembly inorganic moieties. matrices are used to control size and distribution generated nanoparticles. Formation 1D dependent many parameters, such as nature chemical composition organic–inorganic materials, pH wet chemistry medium interactions at interface that structure formation. collective properties induced by means degree anisotropy alignment nanoparticles within matrices. cost-effective approach could potentially be extended fabricate varieties low dimensional possessing unique electronic optical properties, leading wide range applications catalysis, bionanotechnology, nanoelectronics, photonics optoelectronics.
