摘要: Two cases of injury to the interatrial septum are presented. In one, tamponade effect and permanent damage conduction system occurred after an ice pick wound. Electrocardiographic findings A-V dissociation shown. second case, a bullet with lodgement missile acute tamponade, no has been evidenced. The reasons for surgical exploration in each instance given.
