摘要: A serum-free medium, EX-CELL™501, has been developed specifically to support the long term culture of several fibroblast cell lines that are capable expressing viral and protein products which also may be used in oncogenic transformation studies. During development this human derived proteins, recombinant proteins growth factors were whenever possible. We have successfully grown NIH 3T3, BALB/c Vero, BHK-21 MDBK for an extended period time (> 100 days). Final densities rates comparable those achieved using a control medium containing 10% FBS. With addition 1% FBS we able grow immortalized primary chicken embryo fibroblasts hepatocytes.
