摘要: Abstract This paper presents experimental and numerical investigations into electro-chemical (EC) milling of simple features such as slots pockets. Preliminary the machining a slot enabled appropriate process parameters to be selected; these were then used machine square pocket finally with human-being shaped protrusion. These machined tools having circular cross-sections. The protrusion was tool paths zig–zag contour-parallel type. results indicated that accuracy depends upon, amongst other things, on shape parameters. A boundary element EC predict pockets in most cases, predicted shapes compared favourably actual features.
