摘要: Objective: We aimed to evaluate the cumulative fluid balance during period of shock and determine what happens in 7 days following recovery from shock. Methods: A prospective observational study septic patients. Patients with a mean arterial pressure ≥ 65mmHg lactate 4.4L (n = 20). Results: enrolled 40 patients study. On day 1, was 1.1 [0.6 - 3.4] L Group 1 9.0 [6.7 13.8] 2. 7, 8.0 [4.5 12.4] 14.7 [12.7 20.6] 2 (p < 0.001 for both). Afterwards, continued increase both groups. had more prolonged length stay intensive care unit hospital compared 1. Conclusion: In conclusion, positive balances are frequently seen may be related worse outcomes. During period, even though previously positive, it becomes positive. After shock, continues increase. The group spent time hospital.
