摘要: Discussion and Summary While the melanomas of platyfish-swordtail hybrids involve macromelanophores (3), other species, including that mollie-guppy hybrid, apparently arise without presence homologous large black chromatophores. The pigment cell is basic to actual formation melanoma, however, not a melanophore, either or small, because these are mature cells, but it melanocyte—that is, postembryonic (9). Indeed, melanocyte pigment-cell type in all vertebrates (5); melanocytes have common embryological site origin, namely, from neural crest (6) tube (10). According results experiments observations genetics (3, 7), cytology cytochemistry tissue-cultured cells (9, 10), transplantation (13), regeneration (2), experimental embryology (11), has been determined some transform into macromelanophores, others micromelanophores. Thus far, only those develop produced xiphophorin hybrids. But now clear micromelanophores mollies, hybrids, fishes may also exhibit atypical growth produce melanomas.
