摘要: In an A/D convertor, one comparator is provided for the most significant bit of output digital signal, two second bit, and three each third lower-order bits. When a compare operation being performed by comparators that are lower bits, remaining provide outputs in response to which switch circuits perform setting reference voltages specified comparison result corresponding signal bits higher.
